As a small-business owner, each team member must contribute and work well with her peers. You must encourage and recognize great teamwork and quickly resolve any disputes that might occur. This staff training is based on role playing and interaction in simulations of real-life scenarios, from which you will learn and practice skills to help build self-confidence and for adopting a rational attitude.
